1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide from our family workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.
We currently deliver to over 50 countries including:

- United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii)
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- Australia (all states and territories)
- New Zealand
- Ireland
- European Union (all member states)
- South Africa
- UAE and Gulf States
- And many more worldwide destinations

If your country is not listed above, please contact us at info@clansattire.com before placing your order and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

2. HANDLING TIME — HOW LONG BEFORE WE DISPATCH

Because most of our products are handcrafted and custom made to your exact measurements, please allow the following handling times before your order is dispatched:

STANDARD PRODUCTS (in-stock items): Processing and dispatch: 2–5 business days

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS (kilts, jackets, vests sized to order): Processing, crafting, and dispatch: 5–10 business days

BULK OR GROUP ORDERS (wedding parties, clan orders of 5+): Processing, crafting, and dispatch: 10–15 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm PKT (Pakistan Standard Time, GMT+5). Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Note: During peak seasons (October–December, Burns Night in January, and Highland Games season June–August) handling times may be extended by 2–3 additional business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use the following trusted international carriers to ship your order:

- FedEx International — United States, Canada, worldwide
- TNT / FedEx International — Europe and Middle East

SECONDARY CARRIERS (selected destinations):
- Pakistan Post (EMS Speedpost) — budget shipping option,
available on request
- Local courier partners — for final-mile delivery in
remote areas

The carrier used for your specific order depends on your delivery destination, order weight, and shipping option selected at checkout. In all cases, tracking is provided.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The following delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). Please add your handling time (Section 2) to calculate your total estimated delivery time.

UNITED STATES:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 10–15 business days from dispatch

UNITED KINGDOM:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 5–7 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 8–12 business days from dispatch

CANADA:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 10–15 business days from dispatch

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 6–10 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 12–18 business days from dispatch

IRELAND:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 5–7 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 8–12 business days from dispatch

EUROPEAN UNION:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 10–14 business days from dispatch

REST OF WORLD:
- DHL / FedEx Express: 7–12 business days from dispatch
- Standard International: 14–21 business days from dispatch

Important: These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Clans Attire is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery services.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 USD to most destinations worldwide.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Available on all orders under $300 USD. Shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Available at checkout for faster delivery via DHL or FedEx Express. Express shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Every order shipped from Clans Attire includes full tracking. Here is how tracking works:

Step 1 — Order Confirmed:
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order at info@clansattire.com.

Step 2 — Order Dispatched:
Once your order has been dispatched from our Sialkot workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of your carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
- A direct link to track your shipment online

Step 3 — Track Your Order: Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time:

- FedEx tracking: www.fedex.com/tracking
- Pakistan Post (EMS): www.pakistanpost.gov.pk

Step 4 — Delivery:
Most carriers require a signature on delivery for orders over $300 USD. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery the following business day.

If you have not received your tracking information within 12 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@clansattire.com and we will investigate immediately.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Clans Attire ships from Pakistan. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges imposed by your local customs authority.

Important:
- Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility
of the customer
- These charges are not included in our product prices
or shipping fees
- Clans Attire has no control over customs charges and
cannot predict their amount
- Customs processing may add additional time to your
delivery timeframe
- We are legally required to declare the full value of
your order on all customs documentation

United States Customers: Most orders under $800 USD enter the US duty-free under the de minimis threshold.

UK Customers: Orders over £135 GBP may be subject to UK import VAT. This is payable by the customer upon delivery.

EU Customers: All orders shipped to the EU are subject to import VAT under EU regulations. This is payable by the customer upon delivery.

Australian Customers: Orders over AUD $1,000 may be subject to GST and import duties payable upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have questions about import charges before placing your order.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Clans Attire cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost Shipments:
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@clansattire.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and
product immediately upon receipt
2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@clansattire.com
with your order number and photographs
3. Do not discard the original packaging — the carrier
may require it for their investigation

We will arrange a replacement or refund for all confirmed damaged shipments.
